Just what I needed doc is happier with my levels and I'm not having tummy problems from pills! As for the comments about nuts it contains coconut only but is processed in a factory that contains egg, fish, shellfish, soy, and tree nuts. So as long as it's not a severe allergy and not coconut that your allergic to these are fine!This bottle has been odd. I'd say 75% have been what I'd expect.. delicious flavor, perfect gummy chew, nice rich color.. then there's that 25% the ones that sneak in there.. not quite as darkly colored so you think something might be off and you pop it in your mouth and realize it is.. it's like chewing on rubber, nearly flavorless (in comparison) but just a little to let you know that there could maybe be something good in it.. 75% fresh 25% not so much?!But here's the deal.. I didn't even know these could be as good as they are until I started getting them from Amazon. I had never received a bottle from the store that had any yummy chewy ones in it.. they were all the 25% and I was oddly ok with that. So, is it really even an issue? Nah, I just want 100% deliciousness! ?I buy gummies for the convenience of not having to swallow a pill.
