I have to admit as of the date of this review I realized I've been hooked on these tablets over the last year. They are convenient, low on sugar and refreshing. I don't know but I'll keep buying these in the future. I just hope more people can become part of the NUUN family as I have.These couldn't be more perfect for people who need an electrolyte fix. I simply plop one into water and I can really feel better after drinking 22 oz of water with one tablet.Several friends use this instead of plain water to replace electrolytes when playing pickleball in the extreme heat. I sometimes use two tablets instead of one to increase the flavor.Help with not retaining water.I have issues with my sodium level being low, so using the Nuun Sport has been very helpful I decided to try this other product made by this company and am very pleased. However, I will continue to use the Sport instead, as that is most important for my needs.My kids have been using Nuun tablets for months now. They are very easy to use and pack. Help my kids stay hydrated during hours of exercise. My kids like their flavors.The pop top tubes are convenient to use for travel and could be re-purposed. I likes the flavor.Actually first heard about this to help with a hangover. Not it's intended use but definitely helps.I have a modafinil prescription because I have chronic fatigue syndrome. They keep me awake, but give me pretty bad headaches. After seeing some anecdotal evidence of electrolyte drinks helping with these headaches, and even symptoms of CFS in general, I figured it wouldn’t do me any harm to try them at least.To my surprise, the headaches have actually died down. I already drank plenty of water before buying these, so it’s not because these tablets make me drink more of it. I dissolve one tablet daily, sometimes two if it’s an extra long day.In terms of the tablets themselves, they dissolve really well, and all of the flavours taste good. I’m not too keen on the stevia, but it’s hard to find a reasonably inexpensive and palatable electrolyte drink that doesn’t have a large amount of sugar or artificial sweeteners, especially in Australia. All of the tablets are a light orange, regardless of the flavour.I do wish Nuun would make tubs of powder to cut down on the plastic tubes. These are handy for sticking in your bag though. I will be definitely ordering these again once I’m out.These look awful, stick together and take forever to dissolve. They would perhaps be more useful for geolgy teachers who want to simulate the dissolution of minerals over geological timescales. Taste is bad, but could just be because they have no fizz.The items are spoilt. It’s ‘wet’ inside though yet to expire. Will not purchase anymore.Tablets appear to be old and semi dissolved. Taste is horrible as well maybe as a result
