I bought this book before and thought it was so good I gave it to my sister as she and our elderly mother both take supplements. Before it left my hands though, I bought this one for myself. It is the most comprehensive book (for average people like me) I've found on vitamins, minerals and supplements; in fact, I've replaced almost all of the other vitamin & mineral books in my library with this one book. I love that it gives so much information including any know drug interface reactions, and/or adverse effects as well as any known toxic levels. It is very well written. It's very easy to find what you are looking for and it's very easy to understand.
