I can tell the difference when I take this product I'm not in as much pain, although it does not eliminate the pain totally.I have a genetic disorder where my joints dislocate continuously due to lack of functioning collagen. In addition I also have fibromyalgia and kid under 5! Like this multivitamin has saved my life. Now it’s not a miracle worker but it’s close! I call them the magic pills lololol!It has changed my life for the better! I even got a bottle for my mom but she doesn’t even have fibro, just pain.Worth the money!Fibro Aid does keep you from feeling groggy, unlike most of the other pills for pain. I have more energy and less flare ups. But at the end of the day, pain is still pain, no matter what you use! I'll keep using Fibro Aid until something else seems better!My bottle of floral aid had only 18 tablets in the bottle the bottle said should be 30 tablets I was 12 tablets short or maybe more.$ 49.99 for 18 tablets.I Have Fib, always feel like I have the flu and always in pain. This did help with me feeling like I have the Flu. But not my pain. overall it do work.I had high hopes. Sadly it made me nauseous. I tried it once while I was on a medication and it made me sick so I decided to try again once I was off the medication. It still made me nauseous. The return window is closed and I'm stuck with a full bottle I can't stomach. I tried with food and lots of water but it still made me nauseous for hours. People with Fibro are despirate for relief and sadly this was not it for me.I have suffered for years with fibro pain, fatigue and brain fog. Ive litterally tried every medication there is for relief! All of the medications had awful side effects and I really never felt good at all! I have been taking fibro aid for almost a month and it is honestly a miracle pill for me!!!! I do take a extra magenisum supplement a day and a vitamin C but i have never felt better!! My brain fog and pain is the best it has been in over 6 years!!!! I have more engery! Yes I still have pain but it is manageable vs taking pain meds that do nothinggggg!!!Use this for Fibromalagia !! I have gone from like9-11 days per months in bed to only 3 or 4 days a month in bed !! Feel like a different person !! Has helped me more than any of the prescription drugs I have taken over the last 10yrs or so
