This stuff works like a charm. I feel healthier from day 1 and notice some glow on my face when I keep using everyday. Overall, I have a healthy and good looking appearance that I always want ?I bought for my mom. It starts working on her. No side effect. I will buy more for her.Add this to the list of needlessly gendered products.The vitamin complex is pretty good, but nothing better than anything else on here.It gets 4 stars for being decent enough to be worth buying, but loses a star for not having anything special and needlessly saying it's for women, when it could be for anyone.I have been taking these for a few days to enhance my overall health and improve my skin. All of the ingredients are good quality vitamins and supplements but they seem to be at very low doses. For instance, each capsule contains only 200 mg’s of collagen. This seemed to be very low dose so I ordered collagen supplements and they are 1,735 mg per serving, that’s a big difference. These capsules also only contain 15 mcg of biotin and my regular biotin supplement is 5,000 mcg per capsule.I am going to continue to take these because I think they are of value to my overall health but if you are taking them primarily for your skin, you may want to supplement them with additional collagen and biotin.I was in the market for a good multivitamin to add to my self care regimen and I think I may have found it. I typically have difficulty with vitamins because of smell or aftertaste but had no issues with this one. I have been using this now for about one month and while I can’t say 100% that the positive changes I have noted are due to this Vitamin but I can actually report that my skin does seem brighter particularly around my eyes - I look more alert and awake. I typically have very weak nails that split and break easily but have successfully been able to grow them out this past month which is a real treat for me. My hair also feels thicker. If you are on the fence go ahead and give this one a tryThis has all of the important ingredients that I need every day - and for a lot less money that the brand names at the vitamin stores. I'm taking it every day and haven't had any side effects. Recommend to anyone considering purchasing it.I actually see improvement in my skin already! I’ll update after the bottle is gone for complete results, but I’m gonna say that this is improving my skin so I Recommend ??????As a skincare junkie, I take collagen religiously along with CoEnzyme Q10. I have been taking them for a long time and I truly believe they are beneficial as much as regular facials I get.The only downside of that is that it’s kind of hard for me to effectively review the effects of taking the same supplements from a new brand. By the way, I am not close to be menopause at all, and just took this one because it has many vitamins I have been taking for a long time.In addition, NuBest is actually quite a well-known brand for its “tall” product, and as I research the brand, it has garnered mostly positive reviews on many other supplements as well.I wouldn’t say this one particularly worked better than my other skin supplements that I have been taking. However, this one is cheaper than most other ones I have been taking, yet I didn’t experience any drawbacks, which kind of proves to me that it is effective enough.I finished the whole bottle, and yes I am willing to pay a full price for it if I didn’t have so many other similar ones to test out for a review (it usually takes at least 30 days to finish the bottle, so it’s really hard to catch up sometimes as I automatically request all skin related supplements haha).
