I really like these, they taste great!I bought this due to the good reviews but was skeptical at first. For a min I thought these are not working. I’ve taken these for almost 3 weeks now everyday as instructed on bottle. I have my thumbs for as long as I can remember have deep grooves in them it’s embarrassing and un slightly to look at. I’ve had them for so long I just thought it’s just a defect and nothing I can do until now. I noticed on my right hand the groove has almost disappeared I COULD NOT believe my eyes. I felt it and it’s smooth out. Now my left is been the worst of it and it even appears to be looking more normal. I could have cried. I know I know it’s just nails BUT. I have noticed a big difference in the strength of all my nails I have less cracked side splitting and they grown a lot faster. I’m a notorious nail biter and have been working hard to stop this nervous habit. These work! They don’t taste that bad and they are very soft. Only con is they tend to get sticky in bottle but I just get a butter knife and get them out. No biggie. I just reorder another bottle! Highly recommend.These work.I have been using this product a long time and it definitely works on my nails, which before I started using LxH broke a lot and didn't seem to grow as fast. I also have pretty good hair and skin for my age and I'm sure LxH has helped. I would have given LxH five stars except that they changed the texture of the gummy so it's no longer chewy and is instead kind of chalky. It still has the same flavor but I really don't like this new texture and chew and swallow it as quickly as possible.These gummies taste fine and are easy to eat, but DANG are they sticky! No matter how much I shake them loose beforehand, by the time it's time to take them again they're all stuck together again! And they're so stuck together that I can't smack the bottle against my hand without it hurting, and if I didn't smack it that hard then they wouldn't come loose. So I resort to smacking it against the counter, but I shouldn't have to do that to get my vitamins when it's not necessary!All in all, they're not bad. Just too much of a pain in the butt to deal with. Personally, I'm going to look for another gummy for my hair and such.I only used one bottle of this so I'm not sure if it really works overtime or not. In the month I took it, I didn't notice any difference with skin, hair, or nails. The gummies taste fine but they're very sticky and became one big gummy inside the bottle whether I stored it in the fridge or out. My solution for getting them out of the bottle each day was to store them in the fridge upside down, that way the glob of gummies would be at the cap and easier to extract.I usually get the Biotin only gummies which are delicious and good source of biotin. These have a decent flavor however they were completely sticky and clumped together. Not sure if it was just a bad batch or were stored incorrectly but I ended up having to toss the bottle and order the others because they were so sticky.Pretty yummy
