I have been searching for a biotin gummy supplement that has good ingredients and potent/effective, has a good price point (should be sustainable for continual use - to me, buying a bottle worth $20.00 and over every month is too much), and one that also tastes good.I started taking this supplement one week ago and I am already noticing that my nails are stronger (they usually break, but I have seen no breakage yet). My hair has a tendency to break and fall especially when I shower or brush it, so I hope to see more strength and fullness in the upcoming weeks. It is already looking smooth and feeling full, but that could also be because I am doing hair treatments as well.
