I've used this product before, & it's amazing & grew my hair by about 4-6 inches in one year. I used to have trouble growing my hair past my shoulders. I only used two bottles throughout the whole year.1st photo is when I started my dreadlocs, the second photo is a couple of months before I combed my locs out, & the last photo is after I combed them out -- A year & a half later. (My dreadlocks had major shrinkage so my hair looked shorter than it was) But this time, I received the bottle & It was damaged. But the seal was fine & untouched & the gummies look the same. It may not be the company's fault but I'm a little worried about whether or not I should still use this bottle. I mainly use this to grow my hair. Now my hair is thinning due to stress lol, so I'm going to start taking this again. Still don't know what to do about the bottle.Didn't like the taste.Found these gummies on a whim and they are the best biotin vitamins that I’ve tried! Usually biotin makes me break out, but these did not do that. After taking them for 3 weeks, my nails were noticeably stronger and my skin brighter. After 3 months, I stopped taking them and my nails continue to be strong. Buying them again just because!I am on my third child, and started getting bald spots around my hairline (edges)!! I have never had this kind of postpartum loss, so I thought maybe it comes with age.... I have been living with it for a couple years now, then I saw this and was like f*#$ it, let's try it!Let me tell you...... My edges are BACK, my hair is back to normal and I am still on my first bottle!!!! Taking them as instructed.. (OK, I might have missed a day or two.. #MomLife) But in any event, these bad boys work and I am so grateful! I have recommended them to people, and still do!I have tried many biotin products and these by far are the best. My nails are the strongest they have ever been in years!I like that these gummies can help me with my Hair, Skin & Nails - I have a hair fall problem. These Gummies are sweet, easy to chew , No weird smell or taste . There isn't any after taste either. Extra points for gluten free, Veggie , tested and being Formulated in USA. Also there is a Allery warning that says may contain tree nuts - so please look for that warning. I only gave 4 starts because i felt that the gummies are a bit too sweet, if you like sweet - these will be perfect .The easiest way to take your vitamins when you don't like to swallow them. The gummies are the perfect size. Convenient. When taking gummy vitamins it feels like a treat and doesn't feel like you're doing something good for your body. The only issue I have with the gummies is the soft texture. After taking them consistently for a few days the softness doesn't seem as much of an issue. Just not like your usual gummy vitamins.. I haven't been taking them long enough to see a difference but I will continue.The Biotin gummies are great. They taste good and I love the texture. They are soft but not too soft. My nails were breaking all of the time. I have been using this product for about a month and my nails are not breaking/splintering.I have dyed my thin straight hair a million times, so it's pretty dry and dead. It started falling out in clumps and worsened when I tried using a purple lightening shampoo. I stopped using the shampoo, got a short chop, and started taking these. I also cut down my washes to twice a week, and within that first week I noticed significantly less hair was falling out. Within a month, I had pretty much no hair loss in the shower. I definitely recommend these to anyone needing to straighten their hair and nails. I can not speak to skin as my skin was already good before taking these.
