I ordered these gummies in hopes that they would help to improve my vision in viewing things at a distance, that used to cause headaches when I struggled to see things. I've been taking them for nearly a month now, and I've noticed an improvement in my vision. I won't know until next month if they have helped enough for the eye doctor to tell it or not though. The taste is mango and delicious, without being overwhelmingly strong. They are super easy to chew, even without your teeth in (dentures). The recommended dosage is two daily, but I only take one a day, because in the past things have affected me differently than they did others at higher dosages. Therefore, I always try the lowest possible dosage first to see if I see improvement before moving on higher, if I have to. I haven't noticed any night vision improvement yet, but I intend to keep taking them, so maybe I will eventually see them help that too.Love this gummy! Some gummies - vitamin or candy - are too chewy and take too long to break down in my opinion. Others just seem to disintegrate too easily. These are just perfect allowing you to enjoy the flavor.These also survived being shipped in the summer heat. Let me clarify, in the TEXAS summer heat in JULY. I was hesitant to order them when I was offered a chance to try them for free in exchange for an honest review. I recalled getting a huge blob of gummy goo when I ordered another brand gummy vitamins in late spring in Texas. These were completely fine. Awesome!I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the product on my eye health yet but I’m sure taking these can only help.I would highly recommend all their products. The only danger would be the temptation to pop them like candy. They taste much batter than most gummy candies and definitely better than all jelly beans, even jelly bellies.The size of these gummies is just right however these are much too sugary than they should be. I am not wild about the Mango flavor, perhaps other flavors are in the works such as Watermelon, or Strawberry or even Grape. No idea if these work, naturally as they are supposed to promote good eye health, however I do feel the outer packaging needs improvement. The size of the bottle is fine but the font on the nutritional label is incredibly tiny, perhaps the makers can use a larger font as I have excellent vision found it even difficult to read some of it. Other than that, while I can't see myself purchasing these again, they would be great for someone who likes gummies over pill-form, and who doesn't mind a lot of sugar.
