I knew that they contained omega 3s, but I didn't expect it to taste like rancid fish. That's a big nope for me.When they say it includes fiber they aren't kidding. Be close to a bathroom when you try it!Seems to work better than it should which I lowered by one star only because what the heck.We always buy Smarty Pants vitamins. Our naturally minded chiropractor approved them. We all like how they taste. We haven't noticed specific health changes, but we are slowly improving our health.they taste good, and have the fiber - but they are very sticky and you have to dig them out with a forkVitamins themselves aren't too bad, they do not taste great but are tolerable when you can get them out of the bottle! Most of them had melted together into one large ball of goo at the bottom of the bottle upon arrival. It's definitely not the time of year where heat outside would be a factor so don't know what happened there.These should be called Farty Pants, not Smarty Pants. Gives me gas...bad.These gave me horrendous gas!!
