This includes glucosamine and chondroitin to help with joint support. It relieved some joint pain, and lubricated the joints in a way from what I understand from my doctors explanation. This is something that is a helpful supplement to take when you are getting a bit older, or your joints are not in the best shape. I personally am taking this because I need a knee replacement but am trying to wait as long as possible before having it and this helps me be able to get around with less pain and stiffness while waiting to do the surgery. I have found that many glucosamine supplements can be pricey and I like that this is a decent supplement and the price is reasonable. I would recommend this and will repurchase this in the future myself.
